Diju Order & Delivery Policies

Order Procedure

  • Order Requirement: All orders must be accompanied by a duly accomplished JotForm order form. Incomplete or invalid submissions will not be processed.
  • Processing Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • Cut-off Policy: Orders placed beyond 3:00 PM shall be processed on the following business day.

Order Information

Diju reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • Limitations on product quantity
  • Errors in product details, descriptions, or pricing
  • Transactions deemed unethical, fraudulent, or suspicious

Promotional Codes

  • Promotional codes are issued on a limited basis and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.
  • Codes may not be copied, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
  • Diju reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotional code at its sole discretion.

Accepted Modes of Payment

  • Bank Deposit only

Delivery Process

Delivery Lead Times:

  • Metro Manila: Same-day delivery via Lalamove (customer to book). A separate SMS confirmation will be sent by our dispatch team.
  • Provincial: 4–5 working days via LBC.

Non-Delivery Circumstances (beyond Diju’s control):

  • Absence of the recipient at the delivery address
  • Incomplete or inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

  • Strict Policy: No returns, no exchanges, and no refunds.
  • Refund Exceptions: Full refunds may only be granted upon valid and approved reasons, subject to Diju’s review. Refunds shall be processed exclusively through the original payment method used.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by Diju for the following reasons:

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural calamities, inclement weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events)
  • System errors, erroneous pricing, incorrect promotions, or out-of-stock items
  • Non-compliance with order or payment requirements
  • Please note: Order cancellations will not be accommodated once an order has been dispatched or is already in transit.
